Cheap Modern Commemoratives I purchased today.

I purchased two modern commemoratives today (1987 CONSTITUTION DOLLARS NGC MS69 & PR69 ULTRA CAMEO) with shipping and handling i spent $23. I purchased them off ebay. At this price I figure even if the previous owner stored the NGC certified coins in their fish tank, I aint out notta. Good deals can be found on ebay.
