Crossover percentages - just curious

Keeping in mind that I have never had anything graded by PCGS, and knowing that some people prefer PCGS, can anyone give me an estimate on how often a Silver Eagle graded by NGC (PF70) would cross at the same grade at PCGS?

I heard NONE as they do not give out 70's any more because of Spotting potential

I may be mis-informed but I am sure some one will chime in for you.

The spotting issue is with MS coins, not PF.

They will not cross ANY 70 coin over. That is policy.

If you cracked the coin, probably a 20% chance of it still grading 70.

I would guess that if you cracked out a PCGS 70 you would have the same odds.
