Based upon the images in this and your other thread, it looks like a high grade AU or a low grade unc. and is probably worth having graded. Next time, please include the other image(s) in the original thread instead of starting a new one -that becomes confusing.

I am in the MS-60 to MS-61 range, which would not justify the price of certification, in my opinion.

Welcome to the forum seebob. I may be getting the morgans mixed up having to jump to the different threads. The 86' o looks nice and I think would be worth upgrading. Can't give a great guess grade by the pics but looks good from what I can see.
