I would venture to say perhaps an MS-63 and cost of $375.00 to $400.00??

Nice Morgan james. I would venture to jump in with at least MS63-64. Value maybe $250-$350.

In a way, Michael's guess was closest to being correct - "Chioce UNC with slight rub"

 

NGC graded it: MS-62!

 

However, to me it has all the appeal of a substantially higher grade , and as a bonus, I stole this coin for just $170 !

 

And Kool Aid drinkers constantly mumble about NGC overgrading .
