1854 O Seated Liberty Half, EF 40 or 45???

I have this 1854 O Seated Liberty Half, Arrows. Opinions on the grade for this?

 

I am thinking EF-40 to 45. Also, what about varieties, I know this is not probably one of the rare dates.

Nice one Rey ef-40 with 5.2 mil. minted for circulation. Highest in series.Don't know about any varieties.

That was some fast grading in 4 days. I thought he was just going by others opinions. Leave me alone Chad!
