Bust Half Dollar Sets

Why is there no one per date option for bust halves? It would be a nice set to have expecially for those of us pursuing date sets rather than complete variety sets.

I have harped about this in the past and was told that NGC was working on it, but perhaps a year is too short of a time period to get the sets up.
