That coin has substantial amounts of orange to it for a CuNi cent. Perhaps it is the lighting, perhaps it is because I just took the dust off my monitor. 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

I now have the coin inhand and I must say that if I didn't know for a fact that it's a CN, I'd think it's a bronze. The toning is almost cherry red even more than in the pic!

 

I wonder if they experimented with different compositions?
