new prez errors?

hello all!

i saw an article in CW april 2 edition stating that PERHAPS there may be two more mint errors out there. the mint said they have heard that there may have been a gw discovered with backword edge lettering and another one with edge lettering but no obverse or reverse stamped on the coin. i guess we will see it on the bay if it surfaces,unless,if it exists it gets slabbed first! anyone else see the article?

Not here. From the looks of this, we will never here the end of the different types of varieties that will arise from these.

The coin with edge lettering bu no obv/rev has ben known for what about a week or two now.

 

And how could you have backwards edge lettering? If the lettering die spins one way it puts them on E PLURIBUS. . . and the coin spind in the machine counterclockwise. If the die turns the other way it puts them on SUBIRULP E . . . but the coin now spins clockwise. Either way when you look at the coin it will say E PLURIBUS. . .

 

When they say backwards they are probably meaning upside down again.
