1834 10c Error 4 or not ?

If I am seeing what you are seeing in the 4, it is not an error. I am going to take a guess and say this JR6, rarity 2. wink.gif

 

Also, there is no crossbar in the 4, which is an attribute of the JR6 die variety.

 

From what is shown, the coin doesn't look too bad. A picture of the entire coin would help...
