Cleaned dollar... ?

Hello

 

What cleaning method is used on this coin ? [there are some black "spots\stains"]

(plain alcohol or something more advanced...)

I usually start with denatured alcohol and work my way up from there...

 

Besides the little spot behind her ear, and the base of the T on the rev. it doesn't look like it has a whole lot of problems to me.

The yellow color of the coin and those black spots\stains worries me. (was it cleaned with "cillit bang" or are those things normal ?)
