At least, that's what the PCG$ pops say. Maybe the pop went from 3 to 16 in just 7 days? What's the set worth now, $50?

Last week, the PCGS pop for MS-69 2003 cents, P & D, was zero, but there were about six on E-Bay. PCGS is notoriously slow for updating the pop reports.

The title, "shyster" comes to mind. I find it hard to believe that grown men would trip over each other to overnight mail US proof sets, to be the first to blurt out in a auction that it's a pop top coin. This can't be happening..but does it?
