I'd say Fine at best, perhaps just Very Good or VG-F. The rim bump should be taken into consideration as well.

- Coin has 2 rim bumps... (You can see both of them in the pics.)

The reverse looks to me like a cud in both pictures. The obverse looks like a cud in the first picture and possibly a rim ding in the second.

 

I'd grade the coin as VG if both marks are really cuds, otherwise VG details, damaged.
