It's a really small picture, but it looks VF to me. It doesn't look like there is much sharpness left of the details in the center of the band of the crown and the areas of lightness where there used to be luster are minimal. Too much wear to make choice VF for me.

Tough call without really knowing the series, but as has been said- I see a VF piece there. There is the apparent wear pattern of a VF piece consistent with wear in the fields.
