You lose the PayPal Seller Protection. Personally, I've always assumed that PayPal will screw me, so it didn't matter. If the buyer has good feedback I wouldn't be worried. If they don't, I'd send the printer with some sort of online tracking. I'd probably go for signature confirmation. It only costs $1.35 and can help you win a dispute.
