IS THIS MACHINE DOUBLING OR NOT??????

It's machine doubling. You can tell by the stairstep effect on the doubling. True doubling is generally of the same height from one set of the design to the next.

The close-up of the baby is kind of creapy.

 

Besides the shelf-like doubling, the incomplete letters of the second strike make this one obvious. There wasn't enough metal left after the first strike to fill them out.

I have no meaningful content, so I will just offer my "blond" comment of "it's a cool coin" and hope someone buys it.
