SkyMan
RSG, in this thread, you need to either follow the previous coin with a coin of the same Type (in this case a Barber half dollar) or a coin of the same date, e.g. 1892. Welcome to the boards and Have Fun!!!

Elbesaar
Barber Halves - or - 1892 ..... I think I can handle that .... Sold in August, 2011 Still own this - probably always will, as my Grandfather pulled this one out of pocket change. What was PCGS' reason for calling it genuine? Has it been cleaned or did they not like the little bit of toning that has developed?
Elbesaar
Code 94 is Altered Surfaces. There isn't one hairline from a cleaning on the coin. When I was 14, I thought the tarnish was not too nice; I made a very mild slurry of baking soda and water & just dipped the coin in the Palm of my hand and used my finger to move the solution over the coin. Little did I realize (at the time ) I had ruined the originality of the coin. It's still a great looking coin. In hindsight, I should of never touched it. I did the same thing with my Lincoln cents when I was 14. Wouldn't it be nice to go back in time?
