That's a nice toned Franklin. Got to see a couple of late date Franklins with nice colorful toning at the show today. They weren't cheap, but they were nice.

Excellant coins!! The interesting thing is that for any coin, the strike could grade MS64, the condition grades MS63 but the toning may grade MS67. Grades for coins like these can be all over the boards. Personally, the grade is meaningless when a coin has most of it's qualities and dependent on the location of the marks, if any.
