My New Favorite Coin: Austria 1732 15 Kruezer

8 posts in this topic

Hello everyone,

Kind of slow over here so I thought I'd post a picture of my new favorite coin! I bought it today at the Long Beach coin show, it's an Austrian 1732 15 Kreuzer coin, made at the Prague mint featuring the portrait of Karl VI.

I hope the imagges show up OK, and any comments are welcome!

That's really cool. I know this might sound extremely ignorant, but, what's the approximate diameter of it?

Thanks for all the nice comments, I like it even better on the second day I've owned it!

The diameter of the coin is about 1 1/8 inches, or just a bit smaller than a US half dollar.
