I bought both of these a while ago, but have only just now had the opportunity to photo them. The first is NGC SMS-68 * PL, the second is raw but I grade it MS-66*

Do you have a nice stripy cent for this collection ?

I have only ever seen this effect on silver coinage. However, I suppose a nice woody cent would match rather nicely.

Hi Chris#2

I guess I am now, With two different years 2000, 2008. and clad and silver.

It will take me quite a wile lol

What I have to understand is how to use the registry

and how to have it come up when I make a post.

I have tried with a dime set and had a heck of a time understanding it.

I know it is supose to be easy, but but I am still trying to figure it out

But I would love to start one, one of thas days

Thank you, I had to get the photo of that on my scanner. Seemed like no matter what I did I couldnt get my camera to show the colors. I thought it was pretty interesting to see something that new toned like that in a sealed gov package.

Thank you :) the guy said he was only asking a dollar since the one coin was all messed up (the toned penny) I told him I would give him a bit more if he wanted, but he wouldnt take it. I figure typically, that set sells for $5 on an average day. I feel that still would of been a fair price.

Just a quick reality check: if you are winning this many coins for $4 or $5, has it occured to you that maybe they are only worth that much? If these coins were worth more, I guarantee there would be more competition and more value. You cannot go by a price guide on these - they are egregiously innaccurate.

Just picked up a couple of Morgans for my Mom's birthyear collection.

They are nothing "out of this world" - then again, I have never seen an

attractively toned 1921 Mongan [ yet ].

These two are not too bad - and for 64's - they're okay, IMHO.

Well physics-fan3.14

Here's a reality check

Maybe I like the coins, and have seen them sell for much more.I came into the bidding when there was fifteen to eighteen minutes left. There are so many coins for sale at any given time, that sometimes some do get missed. The price was fair

and above all I need then to complete my set, so what has the value got to do with

anything...
