Although I posted this to the Barber Thread,

it deserves a mention here under the NEWP

thread.

 

This coin completes my Whitman album.

Although I wanted a VF 25-35 - they just

arn't available. Here's a decent F-15, raw:

Thanks Bob & Fishfinder - the Barber series is my favorite as you realized

and this 95-S finishes a ten month journey. Most of the coins were certified

by the major TPG's - and I cracked them out.

 

I've put together three sets of circulated Halves -

and am very - very slowly working on a Dansco

set of Halves in AU+ ; some were BB'd in the past

- some were raw and I didn't think they'd holder.

Here's one that I added some time ago that I bought off

of another collector in Columbia, South Carolina -

[ he submitted it raw to ANACS and it got MS

Details - Cleaned ] Its a nice MS 63 with booming luster.

Call it what you will - its a keeper regardless of what ANACS thought.

Hi Folks

Got this one the other day from heritage .

I have decided to go for a ms65 for the p dates and 64 for all the rest . It is a goal to finish thisset this year but other coins just keep getting in the way (shrug)
