And it says 10c on it, so I'm guessing it is a 10c coin.

 

They've dated it 1936, so unless they are lying, I'm going to guess it was minted in 1936.

 

Appears to be Choice AU.

And, I think the " AN * XV " indicates the 15th year of his being pointiff. Sort of like the Japanese coin dating indicating the year of the particular emperor's reign.
