Yes, provided the invoice shows as Finalized/Imaged/Shipped. You'll likely get a note with a reason why it did not cross.

I have found it better to send ANACS coins to NGC after I remove them from the ANACS holders!

I did that on what I thought was a high end MS65 Morgan in a Anacs holder, cracked it out and sent to NGC, got a MS64 back, cracked it again sent to ICG, was now back in a MS65 holder, sent it to NGC again for crossover in the ICG holder and its now in a MS65 NGC holder and it really looks 66 to me but good enough after all the hassle, should have just left it in the Anacs holder, coins are gonna have to double in price before its worth what I got in it!
