The 1994 & 1996 coins sure seem underweighted in MS69 & MS70.

Hello - I think the ratings are pretty good, but thought I would mention that if you were to look at the percentage of MS70 to the total submitted, then the 1987 really should be up there with the 1993. Conversely, I know the 1995W gets a real premium in the market place but by percentages it is one of the easiest (4th) to get in a 70. I know you look at many factors determine the score, just thought I would mention this one
