No, I stopped submitting after I got this back and my invoice was signed "With Love, David Hall".

Holy krap, I thought this was Photoshopped at first, but for grins I looked up the cert number and it said VG10RD!! blush.gif

 

Do you have a scan of the note you can show us as well?

Tulving did have to pay a big customer settlement some years ago but I do not have the details.

 

Again, if HRH is "prebuying" isn't that the same as submitting coins for grading (or doing essentially the same thing), which he has always adamently denied?
