The Coin Depot it is then, although I have my doubts that there are many good ones left behind the counter. At least it's close enough that I can run over there for lunch. I think I might go check that one that has ancients to moderns as well. Thanks Jammin!

I checked out the Coin Depot today. Thanks for pointing it out, I really liked that shop. I found a few coins to take home and some others to research and give me an excuse to go back in a couple weeks. Here's a nice Mac Peso, but all I had was direct sun for lighting so it's a little harsh.

I came across a little shop while I was in Hemet last week. They only had one binder of foreign coins, and it only had one page in it. But I did manage to pick these from his junk box for 10c each while I was BSn with the guy. Friendly shop, but not a lot of inventory.

Are you going to Long Beach?

No, this is going to be the last trip for the year coming up and it'll be a short one up in Santa Barbara and Lompoc. I've been working 12+ hour days while I was down there, so I didn't get to have much fun. Got some nice paychecks, though.

 

Next year will be a bit easier since I'll know what to expect and can schedule for it. Maybe I can plan it around a big enough show to even get TJ to show up... Or a small show and just tell him the French Mint will be there.
