This was in the latest PCGS update e-mail newsletter that they send out:

 

"Fun, educational, and sometimes controversial, the PCGS Set Registry Messageboard remains the number one informative coin forum on the Internet. I guess those 5 posts a day that forum receives are REALLY high quality.

 

Just another lie out of the mouth of David Hall. That forum is dead. The number of reg sets they add has slowed and many are just one set being broken up into 37 different mini-sets.
