Person I bought it from claimed it was in an ANACS PO-1 holder.

 

Looked like it to me.

I may be interested in the following: 1930 Standing Liberty Quarter NGC ms/64 Full Head

 

Does the lustre beam through? Is the eye-appeal all there? Does the toning help or hurt its eye-appeal. Most of the rivets look fairly sharp, true? Please, give me an objective summary of this coin and we may do some bizness. Thanks.
