Error coin? 1970d cent 1 1

I was at my Father's house over the weekend and he gave me this cent. This would be a error right? Of course not a million dollar error.

Is this the floating roof as shown on ebay? 

Someone is trying to sell this one for $4 

$70 for the second one. Mine must be in between these two.

Slow down bud. LoL one coin at a time. Coin 1 and 3 are errors coin 2 is hammered damaged or whatever not an error

The first one appears to have been broadstruck with a brockage. Nice error!

The second one is a hot mess of damage.

The third one is a roughly 60% off center error.

As for value, you can't use eBay sales as an indicator of value. Maybe a very rough rough estimate but that is about it. The value will land on whoever is present for the auction and whether or not two bidders go head to head. Coin two is not part of this discussion of value. If the right bidders are not present, the auction gavel price could be rather flat.

Sorry. Was laughing at that one on eBay and I could not help myself. Ones like coin 3 go for about $60. Saw two of them sold. My error is a bit different. The first one is mine. I personally think it's about $10 to $15 or so. I can't imagine spending $60 on a error coin though.
