Coins scheduled for grading 0

[Weidel Legacy Collection]

I have an collection of internation coins that were in the final stage before shipping but are now back to scheduled for grading.  How does this happen?

Yes, my World Economy coins are now on Day 94 and whereas previously they were at " Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging " , they too have now gone back to " Awaiting Grading " !           WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON!!!!!!!

I don't see that they're waiting for finalizing - it just says scheduled for grading.  Too me that's pretty much the start of the process...again.
