Welcome,  It looks like a damaged coin. It does not look like any type of mint error.

    This is clearly post-mint damage from severe blows from a tool or other hard metal object that caused gashes in and bent the coin.

    Also, please note that the common name for a U.S. copper nickel five cent coin is spelled n-i-c-k-e-l

Hello and welcome!

Unfortunately you have a heavily damaged nickel. The blow to the head is evident by the metal pushed back on the reverse in the same area when you flip the coin. The other two big hits, either intentional or unintentional, were not done at the mint. I can also see a heavy scratch on the obverse as well as another gouge on the cheek.

This well circulated nickel has seen better days.
