I am afraid I am not qualified to render an opinion what with poor eyesight. I see what those in opthalmology call "floaters."  Someone with experience should be with you shortly.

Aside from the tip provided by @J P M, I see the metal flow lines towards the rim associated with a coin struck from worn dies, and also from what I can see in some of the photos a very sloped like mushy appearance to what you are referring to as doubling which tells me it is not real doubling, but rather die deterioration/erosion doubling, a common form of insignificant doubling not from a true hub doubled die.
