This is definitely not the Speared Eagle Sacagawea variety which was caused by a pair of die gouges and is at a different angle than what you are seeing on your dollar coin. Additionally, the upper die gouge extends into the eagles feather.

What I see on your dollar is either an unintentional hit near the location of a genuine speared eagle variety, or an intentionally but incorrectly made mark in an attempt to defraud someone into thinking it is the popular variety of these dollar coins. Either way, it is simply post mint damage.
