Matches in hand. Pics are a bit fuzzy, but the deformation is apparent to the D and the center S is seen inside the D. Also, the bumps (top of S) on the top of the D and upturned tip of the D. There are also indications of multiple die punch re strikes in the area of the mint mark as there is a raised area in this area on the coin. This coin is a late die state D/D/S where the doubling of the D is not as apparent due to worn dies. Will be graded and Variety Plus attributed. Another family coin. I don't think grandpa knew about the D/S variety. I think he just kept this coin because he could.. Thanks Grandpa!
