Frustrated with NGC web site

I received an invoice for the coins just graded and am not successful in logging into NGC's web site to check that status.  This started happening several days ago and, either no one shared this issue, or no one has been able to correct it.

So, here I sit - coins graded and invoiced for, and I can't see how they did :(

You may have already tried this, but have you attempted to reset your password? There are no issues that I can see but I want to make sure we get this sorted out for you. Please let us know if the issue persists!

    You could be using a browser, such as Google Chrome, that doesn't work well with the NGC website. If you're using Chrome, try using Microsoft Edge. I've never been able to figure out why Chrome doesn't support many features on the NGC website, including certificate verification and the price guide, but it just doesn't, no matter what "cookie" or other settings I use.
