Hello @utah_ranch, thank you for contacting us  Hope you are doing well! here is no predetermined or set amount of time that a submission will remain in any particular status. The time will vary depending on a variety of factors including the tier and how many orders are ahead of yours as it advances. Each step or status within our process contributes to the cumulative turnaround time anticipated. Your submission is still within the normal time frame for its tier, as it is on the 13th business day out of 25. You should see updates on this invoice shortly!
