From the current image, it does not appear that this coin is a match to or even resembles the 1999 Lincoln cent shown at https://www.error-ref.com/?s=mule+die+clash. Also, it's a double mule die clash for a Lincoln cent, not a "mule clash die 2 cent Lincoln cent". Is this the third one you think is this very rare coin, which is another miss and I think by now you would see in any cent with marks in that area of the reverse? https://www.maddieclashes.com/mudc-1c-1999-01/ P.S. Mad Die Clashes is my go-to-site for things like this, and I noticed it's the same images as the link Sandon provided. You can pretty clearly see the backwards portion for "Of America" in the image below from the link starting at the "UNI".
