iPhone NGC App - Can't login with login name and password

I am having trouble login into the NGC iPhone Smartphone Mobile App; along with trouble understanding as to why? As I have not had any trouble login into ngc's internet website with the same username & password. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the NGC Mobile App on my iPhone 15 Pro Max; and it is still giving me the same error message (please see screenshot from my iPhone).
