Greenstang
Welcome to the forum. What makes you think that is worth more than 10 cents? There were over 376 million struck so they aren’t rare. When making inquires, always show both sides of the coin and explain your reason for asking, this way we are not guessing. powermad5000
Hello and welcome to the forum! We do not have clear cropped photos of BOTH sides of the coin, so based upon what your photo is showing, I assume you are referencing the part where the letter W in the motto IN GOD WE TRUST is slightly cut off at the rim. What I can tell you about this is that I also own one of these (missing part of the W and most of the I as well as a portion of the tail of the last 7 in the date), and I spent the money to submit it as a mint error, and I got the coin back slabbed and straight graded with the explanation of "Too Minor". So, the condition found on your coin is considered within mint tolerance and therefore worth face value.
