I don't see any obvious signs of heat damage, usually you'll see areas that look like someone popped a chewing gum bubble or discoloration. Could have been exposed to heat at some point but when a coin gets to this stage who knows or cares. The most important thing to know is that none of this happened while the coin was being produced.
