Purchased Group of Ancient Coins Need help with Identifying some.

I was on vacation recently in New Hampshire and stopped by a militia shop. Although the store owner not deal in Ancient coins a group came in over the counter and he took a flyer and paid $2500 for the group. We had sold 

our collections many years ago and paid $5000.00 for the group. From what we could see some of the Sestertius looked pretty as did some other coins so we were comfortable that the value was there even though we purchased the group for the fun of it.

Two coin club medallions in the group show that the coins were likely  assembled in the early 1960s;

I think this is a Phillip II tetradrachma
