This cent is a normal lightly circulated Lincoln Wheat Cent with some environmental damage and has developed verdigris (the green mold looking coloration). It seems to also have taken a couple hits on the rim.

I keep all Lincoln Wheat Cents in separate tubes by year of issue regardless of condition. To give you an idea, dealers will buy these by the bag (1000-5000 coins per bag) or will buy them by the pound, as ones of this condition are only worth copper value or face value.
