1984 dime. It’s thicker than other dimes, need help. 1 1

If you compare it to a newer less worn dime the difference will be less noticeable. The weight is normal so it may have been struck at higher pressure causing the rims to be raised more or may have just been the way the press was set up.

Could have been a slight difference in the roller spacing when the coil is put through to make the blank thickness or could have happened during the upsetting process but since the weight is within tolerance, I don't think there is anything special going on here.
