   Are you asking about your own registry set or someone else's?

   You can add introductory comments to your own set by clicking the "Edit" (pencil emblem) icon at the top right of the first page of the set. You can similarly add comments to any of your coins by clicking on its slot and then clicking the identical "Edit" item above and to the right of the coin's description, as graphically explained in the following topic:

   You cannot add comments to another member's sets or coins but may be able to send a personal message to that member by clicking the "envelope" icon at the top right of the chat board page.

I am not aware of any way to leave comments on another registry set, either in the new or the old registry systems.   There are no limitations on putting comments (well other than swear words) in the top commentary section of your own sets.

And honestly I prefer it that way. I want my sets to be my showcase. I wouldn't want a public comment section.
