NGC Collection Manager question

I've been noticing an issue in the Collection Manager in regards to one of my coins, a 2019 S Enhanced Reverse Proof Silver Eagle.  When I first entered it into the Collection Manager, everything was fine.  I have noticed lately that in the value column, it shows No Price.  If I delete the coin and then reenter it, then it will show the current price of $1900, but after a few days, it reverts to showing No Price.  Is this common for others that have this coin and, if not, what can I do so that it continues to show its value in my Collection Manager.
