Hoghead515 Posted July 24, 2023 Share Posted July 24, 2023 Looks normal to me. You can check cents by going to Variety Vista or NCC variety plus and comparing them to known examples. If they dont match then more than likely they are either not doubled or have the worthless type of doubling such as machine doubling, strike doubling, etc. Most true dd coins are very hard to find. Mike Meenderink Posted July 25, 2023 Share Posted July 25, 2023 Machine doubling. Doubled dies are doubled on the strike die itself..the coin is not hit twice.
