bboelke Posted June 21, 2023 Share Posted June 21, 2023 I recently received back a submission to CAC, and a have a few new beans to update in my registry sets. However, when I make the attempt through edit NGC indicates the coin is not CAC, and I should check the CAC website. I do, and it is verified there the coin is Green CAC. I then tried deleting and re-adding the coin and still it did not pick up the CAC designation. Is this a known issue being addressed, or something new? There is a temporary issue with the NGC Registry program. Recently added CAC-certified coins, both NGC and PCGS coins, are currently not able to display the CAC status icon (due to a temporary disconnect with the CAC verification site.)
