No hype really. The close AM is normal for a 1995 cent (business strike). I believe the only thing to look for on 1995 cents is a DDO on the Philly coins. Here is a link with more detail on the various close and wide AM coins.

You may be thinking the 1992 CAM that is the only one worth a premium. and very hard to find.

Hype usually relates to something not very common or valuable, like the 1992 (P) and 1992-D Close AM Cent, except for YT channels when it becomes about views and getting ppl to smash that like button regardless of whether it is accurate or not.  :grin:
