Hello @kelmarie27Thank you for contacting us and providing images of your coin. Unfortunately, we are not able to identify or authenticate coins via photos. An in-hand evaluation by the grading team would be required in order to confirm if it is genuine and if the coin is a variety. You can learn more about how to submit coins here: NGC Coins | How to submit.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Welcome to the NGC chat board.

I assume that the "glob" to which you are referring is in Mankiller's hair beneath the letters "E" and "D". (A photo of the full reverse would be helpful.) This is known as a "die chip" and is regarded as a quality control issue, not a mint error that will command a significant premium. NGC generally will not attribute coins with die chips as either die varieties or mint errors. See Variety vs. Mint Error | NGC (ngccoin.com). You would almost certainly be wasting your money by submitting it.

Hello Kel and welcome to the forum, I used your photo and circled the area I think you are asking about, if correct this is as @Sandon mentioned above what is called a die chip.   As he explained these are common and just a product of poor quality control not an error and doesn't add anything of value to the coin.   You can read about die chips at this link I have provided.
