NGC photo use 1 1

I recently obtained several NGC certified coins through Heritage. Am I allowed to use the NGC photos of the coins I now own on the Numista web site, with credit given to NGC?

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, you may use NGC photos as long as you provide NGC with photo credit.

Hello NickiO CS, Thank you for your answer.  I now have a more general question as the administrators of Numista want to be sure that a photo would be allowed by NGC.  Would any coin or token photo copyrighted by NGC be able to used on the Numista web site, if proper copyright information was with the picture?

For example:    PHOTO    © Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC®).

It appears that if credit & copyright information were given, a photo from NGC might be able to be used on Numista from this information.  But not being an attorney, I still am not sure if it is allowed.   Also, I cannot find on the Terms of Use page how to properly give credit if it is allowed

Hello, I'm sorry but I haven't received an answer to my last post.  "Yes, you may use NGC photos as long as you provide NGC with photo credit." May I use any NGC photos of coins or tokens with photo credit?  Thank you.
