1826 Farthing 1 1

Hi,

I have just received my 1826 proof farthing back from you, but it has not been attributed as a bronzed proof, which it clearly is. It has been put into the '1826 BARE BUST' category. I have emailed NGC UK and they have provided me with a reply which isn't really satisfactory.

How do I go about getting this corrected please?
